TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1.All orders should arrive in approx. 4 weeks after the process of the order or after the payment is made, considering that a contract between Manuel Navarro and the buyer was made (read #3).

2.For all charangos (string instruments) there could be a delay of 4 months, depending on the climate, demands, or situations in South America that are out of my control, with a max waiting time of 6 months can be applied.

3. If you don't want to wait for more than 1 month, you should send a written statement about the maximum time you are willing to wait, and if I send that contract letter back to you with my signature, then you can send the payment and you should get your order on time. If it takes longer and you want your money back, you should allow me 4 weeks to return your money, which would be four weeks after the date of the delivery time that you expected. For example, if you wrote in your contract that you can wait from Jan 10th to Feb 10th, you should allow me 4 weeks from Feb 10th.

4. If the payment is sent without a contract letter from you, you will be subject to the conditions above (read condition #2)

5. For Chaski charangos only, all sales are FINAL and the approx.waiting time of 1 month with a maximum waiting time of 6 months.
